Likes: Remix system that makes it easy to teach each other new techniques.
Dislikes: Remix system that allows people to completely copy projects to take credit for something they did not do.

Hahaha! I guess it is a love hate relationship... in a way. 
Likes: Friendly community, featuring system, galleries.
Dislikes: "Add Them All" Galleries, people who's comments are only advertisments, "I'm Quitting" projects.

Likes: Friendly people in the Scratch community. Scratch team seems relatively nice.
Dislikes: Censorship to the extreme: people only want good comments on their projects and aren't able to handle a single bad comment and have to delete them.
I don't think them people will get very far in life if they can't take any bad comments on board to improve but instead push them aside, or in this case, delete them.

Lol, I would have to agree fully, but also add noob friendly which is my biggest thing
