Currently no. If you and some other people could make one, that'd be EPIC! I couldn't help though, I know no squeak, no java, no php, no... you get the point.

There is a website called Mod Share, which allows you to upload projects from Scratch Modifications. It doesn't support all mods, but it says BYOB is supported. However I don't know what version of BYOB it means...

We support any BYOB project but the java player doesn't work because BYOB changed their header 
If anyone could mod the java player to work with BYOB 3 I would love to use it
