I have heard of this, but never knew the details until I read that. To me, it sounds like Come Follow Me, but to a less extent.
Is the game file workable with MAME?...Ok, never mind. Ow (watching vid of game on yt). I see why people believe this.

No, the game on the website was made in some kind of program for making games, no emulator required. If there WAS an arcade version, there hasn't been a ROM rip yet.
On a side note, I never know people on Scratch had MAME.

I have had MAME for a while now, maybe 1.5+ years? I am trying to get good at Marvel Vs. Capcom. I also have MK 1 & 2 (MK3 doesn't work, from what I have found) and SF 2: World Warrior. What else is there?

Okay here let me describe the first scene
It says last winter and begins in a room where there is blood smeared all over the walls
A man is lying on the ground with his mouth half open (probably dead) and there is a child's voice singing
"All at once I knew it was you, I knew it true..."
And it shows a small girl with blood all over her face and sharp teeth smiling and singing over the dead body
That's just the first few seconds

If you think that's bad, go find Come Follow Me. That's slightly worse.
I have always been interested in urban video game legends. This is no different than any I have read before, but real (abeit, somewhat fake) game is out there, so you can see what it was like. It also holds some merit. All that mind control stuff, subliminal messages, and the like is totally possible. Psychology is interesting.

I never got how to play that game, it's at my local arcade. Covered in spider webs. Jeez, that wikipedia article probably explained it, but since there was no picture, I didn't bother reading.
