Look what I found:
1. Open scratch.
2. Shift-click the top portion of the R in the scratch logo.
3. Click on "turn fill screen off".
4. Right-click the white space at the bottom of the screen. A menu should show up saying "World".
5.Click on "new morph...".
6. Put your mouse on "Tetris".
7. Click on "Tetris" on the drop-down menu that should show up.
8. Drag and drop the Tetris game in the middle of your screen.
9. Play! Right and left to move the tetris piece, up to rotate, and press space to drop the piece.
Tell me what you think about this game.
.
***Warning: Very glitchy on the sizing!***

I discovered this myself before I was exposed to the forums.
Nice Job putting instructions to it!

This isn't hidden in Scratch specifically, but it's pretty cool anyway.

It's an object you may put in your Squeak applications. Therefore, it's supposed to be there.
