I made a dock for a boat. The boat goes inside, down a slide, and into a waterfall that leads outside again.

Omg awesome.

All I have (well, had - I just formatted my PC) right now is a lame 2-story hideout which keeps getting destroyed by creepers. Oh well, I only played it for 2 days and I still fail at it 

EDIT: Someone really should make a single Minecraft topic for all this stuff, otherwise it'll end up cluttering the forums like it happened with other things I can't remember. I'd do it myself but I don't know enough about it yet and I probably won't bother to update it >_>

looks like it. I keep looking for lava to make a trip to the nether. I might make A shrine to Prometheus out of netherrak.

I just found an epic mountain to build some huge structure in, and it had lots of pumpkins, coal and iron nearby    I'm also building a small fort of some sort, with a small pool, a painting room and a wheat farm - I'll post here when I'm done
