How do I get new items
Okay so somebody posted s thing that had new red blocks and let you do amazing things. Why don't I have the red blocks on scratch?

The red blocks you're talking about are obsolete blocks - in other words, old blocks that were removed with later versions of Scratch. You can sometimes find them in old projects...
