i was testing my new project in presentation mode before publishing, and it would not accept typing in the ask [] and wait block

EDIT: it's not only that project. my presentation mode is not accepting the ask [] and wait block, and, in development mode it is not even recognizing [blocks]<when[ space ]key pressed>[/blocks]

by the way- that wasn't an option in the block selection for the forums. can you update it for scratch 1.4?

Huh? That project works in presentation mode for me.

Do you definetly have 1.4? In versions 1.3.1 it will not recognise the block.

yes, i definetly have 1.4. it might have been from some hack i did.
also the [blocks]<when[ ]key pressed>[/blocks] isn't working.

Have you made sure the asking is not re-appearing after a press of the green flag?

As in, you have to quit presentation mode and re-enter after using an ask block.

yes. when an ask block comes up, i have to exit pres mode, write, then reenter.
