I cannot sleep agen it's like 1:00 am something in the morning. >
anyone know how to fix my timing in sleep without oversleeping or undersleeping? >_<

Reading a boring book works for me but you said you didn't have any boring books so oh well
A text book might work
Or you could draw a picture or something. I do that as well
Or yeah you could listen to music but when I do that I listen to the same song on repeat because then eventually I get bored of it so I get tired and yeah
If its on shuffle or something I feel the need to stay up and listen to everything

I usually fall asleep at 1 oclock! And then not wake up until like 11
(When theres no school) but sadly when there is I still dont get to sleep until 1 but I have to get up at 7

As many people say, get exercise, it helps. I can't really do that here, due to the freezing temperatures, so try doing some relaxing activity, like listening to music, or yoga.

Try warming up some milk - the tryptophan in the milk should help you get some sleep.

Another thing I do: While i'm lying in bed, I think about the day. I think about the good, and the bad. I think about the happy, and sad. Eventually, I become unconcious and drift off to sleep.

I have a few things not to do....
1.) Do not think of problems, you will become stressed and restless
2.) No sugar or caffeine, you will become hyper. Even though you crash after, it doesn't feel good, trust me.
3.) Do not do anything dangerous, if you are hurt, your body will be trying to react, and you will get moderately hyped, it has happened to me.
One I am not sure about is counting sheep. I counted to 328 one night, it only took longer for me to get to sleep.

Dude, for highschoolars, they're LUCKY to sleep that early.
Sleeping at 12:30 is normal for me
