No offense to animators, but I've never really seen a great animation on Scratch other than someone's. I would love to see what some of you think is best.
(Don't show me yay scratch cat.)

Well, I dunno - I've seen some trailers for games on Scratch, and they're pretty good, but I don't know if you can count them as animations, when rarely any of them feature humans or animals, or anything that is alive.

Dogs of the Valley WAS good, but Pokemaster2's I think personally can't be beat in general. Nikkiperson2's were very good with timing.

Pokemaster12: Great attention to detail, overall good with fluency
Nikkiperson2: Funny and great timing for online lip syncing
