If you have any more pros or cons, post 'em here.
Pros:
-Heck, 3D without the clunky glasses!
-Gyrometer/gyroscope and motion sensor, which would allow it to be used very similar to a Wii remote.
-3D video and pictures, using the 2 outside cameras.
-Great video quality, that can rival the PSP's
-'Slide pad' (A joystick-like controller)
-2 (Really 3, but the 2 outside work together for 3D effect) cameras.
-Miis (It can auto-build them from a 3D picture!)
-Free augmented reality game, where you can look through the top, 3D screen, and see your house, or whatever you are pointing the 3DS at, and you can shoot at monsters that look like they are really in your house.\
-3DS games are the same price as DS games.
-Full backwards compatability for slide pad.
Cons:
-Only 3DS games are 3D
-$300 price tag

I think it's be great for someone who doesn't already have ds, but not so for someone who already has.

Why? I have a Lite, and I'm getting it.

What's sad is that a few days after revealing the 3DS, Sony started working on the "PSP2", which is basically the 3DS on a PSP. They were gonna keep it secret, but my good old friend Ed Boon just HAD to leak it by saying "We have a PSP2 here at Netherrealm Studios, and it's pretty cool!"

Fail. PlayStation used to be epic, now it fails. It copied the Wii, the PS3 Move, and now the 3DS.

But I don't know why the people at Nintendo don't make a CD/DVD/Blu-ray fuction on their consoles
It's just stupid

Yeah. Not like you could do that on a DS, though...
HEY, WAIT! I JUST REMEMBERED ANOTHER PRO!
Nintendo will sign some contracts that will allow you to buy and watch some 3D movies on your 3DS!*
*Not officially confirmed, but the contracts have been made.

I have never been so sure about the Gyroscope and Accelerometer. I mean, doing that with my Pod is enough, but the 3DS? I'm know it's a cool feature, but one I'll never use.

Think of Mario Kart, though. You can use the 3DS as a steering wheel, and it's like you are actually driving the car, because it's in 3D.

Imagine that, in 3D.

Other than the fact that it'll pretty much eat my wallet there's nothing bad to say about it :V
I mean not only will the graphics be better than the Wii, but in pop-out-of-the-screen 3D without needing any glasses! Plus, a virtual console with classic NES/SNES/GB games in 3D, and a great lineup of launch titles. What's not to like?

It'a gonna be a whole new console. 3D is a portion of the epic new features.
