I completely agree. They also removed some features, such as the ability to color lists. That's just stupid, considering how useful that is.

What's the difference between "Forever If ( )" and "Forever" and "If ( )," snapped together?

One problem with this, similar to fullmoon, is that if there were two versions of Scratch, projects would differ greatly. Beginners tend to look at advanced projects scripts to study them, but if they are using blocks that aren't even in their version of Scratch, it might be very hard for them to learn and study.
