Replying not working!
When i look for where the reply button would be it isn't there.
Can someone tell me why it isn't there?

I don't seem to have this problem, it's still in the bottom left for me. Weird.

were you signed in when you went to reply? sometimes it logs you our randomly. also, you can't reply to a reply of a reply (did that make sense? 
)

Well, that's an interesting predicament. If you're trying to reply to a reply of a reply, well, you can't - as lilacfuzz101 mentioned.
Are you referring to the reply button that allows you to actually post the reply, or the reply link that pops up the text box?
Furthermore, this topic should be in "Troubleshooting." I'll move it for you.

Its working now...! Wait it always was... oops my brain went hay-wire soz guys. I thought that it was reply not quote! lolz
