I found something REALLY weird. Its gamma.dev.scratch.mit.edu. Can anyone tell me what it is and what its for?

I knew about it, but I forgot what it's for. It might be a way for the Scratch Team to beta-test new features on the site, but I'm pretty sure somebody else might know it better.

I think that is right.

Ooh, note that that website is on an older version of Scratch- it says there are only like 900,000 projects, while, right now, there are around 1,500,000.

the site has been blocked by robots (search engines, archivers) with its robots.txt to prevent those two things.

What two things? I checked the robots.txt of gamma.dev and there was nothing on it.

I think this is the gamma version of scratch(Hence the name). I also think that "dev" means that it is only for developers.

If you're the curator there, can you change the projects that show up?
(Hey, I'm in the featured galleries
)

Yep, it's for testing out code changes

It has come to my attention that this is a duplicate of this topic. So, as is my solemn duty, I pronounce this topic closed.
