a chat room for friends it will safe no curse words you can meet new and old people new friends and old ones.

Sadly, there are not going to be any sort of chat rooms on Scratch. There are things like Xat for you to chat in  smile

I concur with SonicPops.  I'm happy using an IM rather than IRC chat console or built chat room.

I also prefer forums to chat rooms.
