Technically, Earth is flat. The sphere is made up of tiny, microscopic faces (the geometry kind), which combine to make a sphere.

It would be impossible for it to have no faces,  for then it would not exist, since every geometrical object has a face. Therefore, it is made of flat faces.
I'm actually gonna study this subject.

Okay, this is my opinion based on a middle school education about Earth.

Well, the Earth possible COULD have been flat once, or at least a very squished oval. But, considering pictures from NASA and the geographic layout of the Earth, there is virtually no possible way the Earth could be flat. Afterall, it's called a bioSPHERE.

Also, you cant dig a hole to China. More proof of the roundness of Earth.
