What do you mean by a one way platform? Moving platform that one goes one way? A platform the lets the person move one way? Please try to be more specific. Also, try uploading a demo or something so the responce can be more personlaized and work better for your project.

Here, try takeing a look at this project. http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/archmage/101212 That has what you need. Just download it and take a look at the scripts.
