New Scrolling Engine: NO GLITCHES!

I took my b_g's scrolling engine 1.0, fixed the only glitch and SHAZAM! I got this. (If you find any glitches please tell me)

has some trouble going uphill, could you eliminate the endless bouncing? (when you aren't moving) But, i couldn't have made that, 8.5/10!
