Lately when I play my ds there are red lines on the top screen, and I think it is happening because I once dropped my ds on the floor. Does anyone know how I could fix it?

How big are the lines? An old laptop of mine does that because of loose wires, but it's the whole screen.
They are different sizes, but I think the biggest line was almost the size of half of the top screen.

Get an eraser and learn not to scribble all over it, silly.
No, I didn't draw them.
Are you sure? Just try an eraser just in case.
I don't see them right now, so I didn't draw them.

As I have said, proabaly a loose wire. Do they appear/disappear when you shake the DS?
I shook it and they didn't appear, so no. They usually appear when I am not expecting it.

I would say it's a wire problem, however

Luckily this hasn't happened to any of my DS's yet.

Hrm. This never happened to me. I think, due to the fact that you dropped the DS on the floor, it disrupted the right coloring brodcasts on your screen, so that's why it will flash red lines every now and then.

Try restoring the DS to defult settings to eliminate if it's a software issue.

That can happen if a ribbon cable or something comes loose, which probably happened when you dropped it. Try taking it to a video game store - they should be able to fix it, although it might cost a lot...
(alternatively, if you know someone who's a techie, you can probably get it fixed for a lot cheaper

The same thing happens to me. You can only get rid of them if you tilt the screen at a certain angle
