For the first equation the only thing I can think of that would fit would be infinity and to even get into any of these situations you have to divide by zero. Even if it is 0/0.

I agree, making something up and puzzling about it is just dumb. There are many other things you can do. Though it could be fun to make something up and people take it seriously.
On another note.
To arrive at x = x + 1 in the first place you had to of divided by zero at some stage. As seen in my 0 = 1 equation (quoted a few posts above). This is against the rules of mathematics and therfore such an equation has broken the rules and should be disregarded.

To me it looks like an iterative equation. Rather simple, but with something a bit more complicated you can get interesting behavior.
For example, this project uses a similar equation: x = rx(1-x)
But in this case, it really means the next value of x is equal to rx(1-x).
And iterates it a couple thousand times and draws a graph of each value of x with it. As you'll see, there's some interesting / weird behavior.
So anyway, an equation like your original becomes more interesting if you think of it as happening iteratively, across time.

I said is not equal to 2, and any number divided by infinity is not equal to infinity. Infinity divided by infinity would be undefined.
