When Someone Creates A New Account...
Let's say that a Scratcher, let's call him MrYMan is a Scratcher on the forums. He decides to create a new account, but when he goes on the forums he is sad to see he is a new Scratcher.
But since Scratch recognizes when you create multiple accounts, why not make it so if one account is a Scratcher, if another account is created it will also be Scratcher. This way some of the craziness about New Scratchers who are already Scratchers on another account could die down.
What do you think?

But spammers with a Scratcher account could get past the New Scratcher stuff. 
And what if someone created an account on someone else's computer?

But some people (including me) make new accounts just to test the New Scratcher status...
