Scratch 2.0 - will it be able to handle and upload more data?

I wasn't sure whether to put this in the 'All about scratch' Forum or the 'Advanced topics'. Mods, move this if it needs to.

I recently read in the Scratch 2.0 FAQ that it was going to be based in Flash, rather than Java. I was wondering, does this mean that scratch games will be able to play on the site easier? And will we be able to upload more than 10 MB when it comes out? And will projects work better online?

I think I could have seen somewhere that Scratch 2.0 might allow uploading projects that are bigger than 10 megabytes.  smile
