I have a Samsung 46" 3D TV. You should get a 3D model if you can. Even though they require glasses, 3D gaming is great.
I have a PS3 and it's awesome (Since the console before was a wii). Just to let you know x-box 360 has lots of shooters, so unless you like shooters don't get it. Where as the PS3 was aimed at younger gamers.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

The xbox doesn't just have shooters. In fact alot of it's top sellers aren't shooters. The xbox's game library is much larger than the PS3's, and it has more games of each genre.
I'm graduating HS this April and going to college in the Fall.

There is only one thing that PS3 does better:
Makes you waste your money.
Xbox 360: It only does "Everything" and more.
Sanddude, get a Xbox 360. It does everything PS3s can, and for $200 cheaper.

The Xbox can't do everything a PS3 can, Like Play Blu-Ray disks. There are some things the Xbox cant do that the PS3 can. And there are some things the PS3 cant do that the Xbox can. Also the 120GB PS3 slim is the same $299 price as the 250GB Xbox360 slim.

Maybe you could tell sanddude what a Ps3 can do that an xbox 360 can't do Targethero? (besides web browsing and Blu-Ray).

One thing is the Xbox 360 Doesn't have integrated Bluetooth and the PS3 does.

Sanddude I'd advise you to stay away from this thread and go to a website where you can find what the xbox 360 and ps3 have to offer. Too many people in this thread are either biased towards the 360 or ps3.
