All Zelda story basically boils down to "woah bad stuff is happening in Hyrule, better get these magical objects from temples and defeat this master villa - PLOT TWIST MASTER VILLAIN WAS BEING CONTROLLED BY GANONDORF" so not really.
Not that story matters, Zelda games were all good (except for Twilight Princess, dear god - and it came right after the genius that was Wind Waker too).

List of games with horrible storylines:
Sonic (I mean, an anthromorphic hedgehog that can run at the speed of sound just to save some crystals? Or rings? Or any other random things they throw in there.)
Pac-Man (Somebody-kill the story of it.)
Pokemon (SENDING A 10 YEAR OLD KID OUT INTO THE WORLD TO FORCE HARMLESS LITTLE ANIMALS TO FIGHT EACH OTHER???)
Mario (In the older games. Storyline gets better these days.)
Zelda (Oh no! I need to fight an evil wizard that looks like a pig! (in the first games))

Let's see, what games have I played that have a
Really bad story line?
Original Mario games: Peach is kidnapped by Bowser(why?) and toad just tells you she's not there. I don't get it.
I actually can't think of any others right now, but I never played Sonic or Megaman which seem to be the main contenders.
