Sweet logo, like the spray paint idea and the stencil idea, pretty clever. Although it'd be cool if it got wiped off as a transition.
As for stencyl...
It took a while for me to get accepted, but remember there are probably a lot of people who are trying to apply. Since it's creator is probably pretty busy (college) he doesn't have much time to read applications. So don't worry about it, the time probably depends how much time he/she gets, as well as what you put in the application form. I'm sure you'll get accepted either this week or next week.
