Should this be happening?
There's a person who knows how to delete comments, apparently. His/her username is [username removed by HD123]. They wrote "ahh darn my comment delete trick is not working D:". I think the Scratch Team should know about this.

Use the Contact Us link in the bottom to tell the scratch team about this person. 
EDIT: I'm not mini-modding here. I'm simply telling him that he can use it, since this post is more-or-less directed at the scratch team.

Well, you can delete comments on your own projects, but I assume you mean on others. I agree with Harakou, it's probably a joke, but contacting the Scratch team can't hurt.
