600 second rule?
Everytime I make a new post in tbg I get a 600 second rule. Is this supposed to happen? Please help.
I'm basically honorary nasty. N-n-n-n-nasty jazz

Yes. It is 360 seconds here now but still 600 seconds in the TBG Forum.

It's weird...
As soon as I joined scratch, the first comment I put on, it said I had to wait 600 seconds, then soon, it said 360 seconds, and now it says 60 seconds! Maybe experience counts?

Funny...it's 360 seconds for me...but yeah, you're supposed to have wait time in-between posts.
