Over Thanksgiving break, my aunt stopped by for a quick visit. During her time at my house, she told us about an idea her husband had; a family olympics during Christmas break. We agreed it sounded like an interesting event. A few weeks later, my dad sent out an E-Mail to everybody on his side (the side that's doing the olympics). It's confirmed it's going to happen.
There will be events such as weird relay races, Wii Sports competitions, games of telephone (one of the best games on Earth), and more. Every member of the family will be in certain teams.
My event I'll tell you later.

Cool
My dad's side of the family has a Christmas party every year, usually on Christmas eve or something
We take turns for who's house its going to be at and last year it was at mine
I just sat in the library pretending to look for a pair of scissors for two hours while everyone else did whatever it is people do at Christmas parties
Well I left for about ten minutes once to play this ornament swapping game that the family's apparently done every year since 1960-something but aside from that its a very boring time

I wish I would see my family over Christmas
They all live in Romania and Hungary except my parents and brother
