Getting the "rewind sound" block

Open Scratch. Shift click on the "R" on the logo and click fill screen off. Click on white space and click open and browser. In browser go to Scratch-Objects > ScriptableScratchMorph > class > block specs > blockSpecs and find 'sound' and by sound put this code: ('rewind sound %S' #- #rewindSound:) and rightclick (option+click on Mac) and click accept and enter your initials. Then exit browser. Shift click on the "R" on Scratch logo and click save image for end-user. Click yes. Go to sound section and you have it!

This is the obselete one, isn't it? Isn't it the same thing as just playing a sound that's already playing?
