i need licking icons because i want to make a gallery of them.

Well, they would have to be in the form of a project to make a gallery. And it's not easy to import animated GIFs into Scratch... so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

1. Make sprite with random costume.
2. Click Import Costume > Double click your .GIF
3. Delete first costume.

1. Open scratch, use cat.
2. Drag gif file onto the screen.
3. Delete cat costumes.
4. Done.
