I don't think you can make a project an icon, but if you want a moving one, you could find a .gif online with Google or make one similar to your project with an image program that can make .gifs.

You can by saving the image of the project and making it your icon.
But that's only the screen at the moment. The project itself (with scripts and such) would not work.

Go to your page of projects. Right Click the project. Select [save image as]. Save it. Put it as your icon.
Also, the sprites will not follow your scripts. It'll only be a picture.
Wait. Do you want it to be your i con, or won't want it?
