Deleted? From your computer or from the website?
If it's from your computer, it might just be that you saved it to some odd area on the disk where you aren't looking. You might be able to locate it with a search of the whole disk looking for the specific file name. Good luck!

The scratch cat means your project was flagged several times, maybe some one and all of their freinds (or multiple accounts) ganged up on you.
