if you lost your password:

1. go till you see a blue bar (under the page)

2. click contact us

3. choose lost password

4. follow instructions

5.click send email

Warning: the scratch team might not be working so wait till there is an email

Or you could just press the "lost password" button and you don't need to send a whole email, they'll send it to you.
