I like Scratch's simplicity, but that's also it's downfall. So, 5 for the program itself, but 7 for the website.

But Scratch is designed for people of all ages, so it has to be simple. And I don't see how that's a downfall, if everything was complicated, life would be impossible to get through.

Yeah, I wouldn't give it 11, but still, some people don't really like scratch, strange though. Because they happen to be using it.
