Attempting Gimp.
Recently I've been checking out the drawing program, Gimp, and was wondering what you'd think of my try: 
Any tips, thoughts, ideas?

Wow. I really need to start working on the quality of my images. I mean, I haven't done anything super-de-duper cool, but nothing like that either.

Nice! I like Gimp pretty well, but I mainly use it for editing photographs. I heard they were going to release a single window version soon, that's less cluttered than the old interface. Here's hoping they do...
Help Scratchers make the leap to 2.0!

Well, I mostly used a gradient for those things. I've never needed to do a reflection before, but I know how to.

Thats Pretty Cool! I use Gimp a lot too. I mostly use it for photo editing like Lightnin. But I also use it for making sigs and logos things like that(made my sig with it). Its really great for people who dont want to have to buy expensive software like PhotoShop. Free is fun! here are some of my best:

Thanks! It takes a few weeks to get a strong hold on Gimp, but after that you can make pretty much anything.
