Wait, myabe you could use that annoying red circle with the X in it, just with wings, as an airborne enemy, and you could use a little ! sign with feet for normal enemies. For bosses, you can do WIndows executives.
For level designs, the first one can be going through Firefox, the second could be exploring Spore, and so on, until you reach a cave with Bill Gates in it. (lol)
As for the main character, i got nothing. Sorry.
This is not an app-based level system. It's a Mac OS-based level system. Applications have no part in this project.
Bill Gates will not most likey be in a cave, since caves aren't Windows 7 related. Any Windows levels, other than the Windoze 7 boss level, will appear in Mac's Quest to Fix the Apple II: The Return of BIll Gates. With such a title, one can imply the whole plot starter for Mac's Quest to Fix the Apple 1 must be related to Bill Gates, like as if he installed a virus on the Mac that caused it to fatally crash in next boot and thus making him the Anti-Mac enemy.

or take sad windows computers to the repair shop to be taken apart so their parts can be used for something useful like an actual computer instead of an oversized, very glitchy calculator.
EDIT: the actual computer is a Mac in case you haven't guessed yet
