save game progress online play and typing within the game
i was having fun on a project i got halfway through the story and completed Arcade mode on it. i was about to get inside a building when my computer crashed and i had to start all over again. so i was wondering if i could save a games progress by adding somthing like if q pressed save game so i can carry on my game later. I was very alone on this Gta project no traffic no cops just me Driving around a circle for ages so i was wondering if you could make the ability to play online so i could make an account to play online with my freinds and have some fun while im at it. I was also wondering if i could type within the game so i can write codes and chat on my online gaming suggestion.

You can type, i have a 'paint' project with typing (click on my name and go to paint V8), also saving game would be extreamly complecated, you could, i guess, save variables already but saving anything other then that scratch wont make a 'save game' option.

http://chirp.scratchr.org/blog click on lists and files for scratch then in the "list" do a "write" block to load game do a "read" block
