What!
We will have a Christmas Party on 22nd, and the holidays starts on 23rd. It ends on 31st. 1st Jan is New Year, and we have no school on Sunday. So we'll get back to school on 3rd Jan until 31st when our Chinese New Year Holidays start... (By the way, do you guys have Chinese New Year Holidays?)
And by the way, we have no school on 20th Dec because it is the Macau SAR Establishment Day. I'm sure you don't have this.

We don't have Chinese New Year Holidays, due to the lack of Chinese population where i live. The only holidays we get off are the National Patriotic ones, and the Christian ones.

This year we have 9 days for our Chinese New Year Holidays, longer than Christmas!
Wait. Are we getting off-topic?
