I would like to be a curator for drawing projects, doodling projects you know what i mean?
How about trying to give some example of those, and explain what makes them each unique, and not just some random drawing project?

But then that'd be like a 1:1 post for every new post that comes in that doesn't say the requirements... Maybe there should be mods just for this topic. Like us, because that's what we do anyways.
And, thus, no need for mods 'cause we already do it anyways! wow, I'm posting alot, I really should've put this all in one post, oh well.

I would like to be curator and I would pick to really good projects and one tutorial project because I like to help other members of Scratch.

No
Thats not necessary at all and I don't think it's possible anyhow
Just let people post what they want (Within reason obviously)
If it isn't the requirements then too bad, they won't be curator

I wish to be a curator. I would pick different and unique projects. I'll pick projects who aren't viewed enough but are actually quite cool, for example Teleporter. It had a good concept and the game is fun enough, but it had very little views. I'll also pick projects which show something "cool"(eg. Gravity Simulator).

I have been DIEING to be a curator. Can you consider me?

Good speech, now, I think you should add some examples of what you would curate.
That one example is good, but there's lotsa projects out there, which one! xD
And one or two more examples is good, too.

Remember to read the first post in the topic and follow the guidelines! Just asking to be curator probably won't get you anywhere.

Dear Scratch Team,
I think the scratch homepage is a really good one and is a great idea. The curator section really interests me. There is one missing thing on the home page. I think that is realistic simulations, pretend OS's and platfromers ( Really good ones). I know that my answers will not get me into the curator team but I always wanted to be one and I really think that I have the missing piece to your wonderful homepage.
Thanks for letting me take your time,

When applying to be curator, it's good to give some thought to the kind of projects you'd like to show.

You should give some examples of what's 'missing from the front page' - other than that, great!

Do you really have to say something about everyone's reply to this thread? I do not think that is necessary.

Maybe not, but feedback can be good.

Yeah, feedback is good, but as I read this, I think and feel that emilypie may be
mini-modding a little.
Emilypie, are you a curator thread mod or something? If not, I'd consider stopping commenting on every single application. Not altogether, but maybe being a little less moddish. I know you're being helpful, but it seems like you're trying to, uh, act like a member of the Scratch Team. I don't want to offend you, but it can come across as a little, what's the right word... maybe slightly as if you think you have maybe some authority over other applicants? I don't know how to word it without sounding nasty. Sorry, can't find a better way to put it. Well done for helping others, I'm just saying. Half the posts here are yours.
Congrats on being curator, anyways. Sorry to waste your time, emily. You're still
awesome!

Oops, sorry. I've been WAAAAY too obsessed with the forums lately. I guess that's why. xD Weird thing is, I told my friend today I'd get off the forums for a while and spend more time with him, so...yeah. Oops, it looks like I'm not living up to that promise...uh, starting...NOW! >:3 Uhh...see ya!

No, really. I find it nice that emilypie has so much to say about curating. It' actually a interesting topic. It's fine that she has so much to say about it. If others have anything to say, that's fine. Everyone can reply, or give feedback. No hard feelings to anyone.

Meh, it's one post.

well, i try to favorite and love projects that are by scratchers that don't get much attention (because i am one of those rejected users). What i mean is that if there is a project that i want to play every day, and i am the ONE and ONLY person that favorited it, then i kind of start to feel bad for that user. like this: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/mudkip27/1347318 i know it is simple, but i really like that kind of stuff. As well as that, i like the simple-scripted projects that get rejected, even if they are really awesome. Hope this helps!

true, and it'd increase our post counts. yay!
@aubie33-you should say more if you want to become a curator, like what you would curate, and why. we all know that everyone wants to be a curator.
@pipibug-if you want to be a curator, write more than one sentence, and elaborate. include some examples, not just a game about donuts.
