But standalone Snow Leopard is really cheap ($29 direct from Apple)!
Compared to Windows 7; $200 from Microsoft.

I'm on a Snow Leopard. It took about 3 days to go from Tiger to Snow Leopard.

1. Yes
2. No, it is actually the opposite.
3. Depends on which Windows version you compare OSX to.
4. Sadly, yes.
5. Yes, but Windows has Desktop Widgets, Movie Maker, and Paint/Photo Viewer.2. Well, Macs sure look better than Vista computers do.
4. Whataya mean by "sadly"?
5. Dashboard= Macs version of Widgets, only Dashboard doesn't just pop up and annoy you every time you start up (I used to have Vista, I know what I'm talking about).
iPhoto= Mac version of Photo Viewer
iMovie= Mac version of Movie Maker
Paint is probably the only thing that I miss from Windows, but I use GIMP and Corel Painter Essentials 4, so I'm okay without it.2. YOU COULDN'T BE ANY MORE WRONG.
4. I mean that I don't like that it is true.
5. Widgets doesn't annoy anyone! I don't even use Paint anymore. I use GIMP.
2. I think that Vista was quite ugly. The translucent borders didn't make it any prettier than a Windows 2000.
4. Ha Ha Macs Assistance FTW!
5. Every time I would start up Vista, the annoying little Widgets Sidebar would pop up and bother the heck out of me. It didn't even have any good programs on it.

Computer prejudice alert! You're being anti-Mac for no apparent reason! Explain yourself!
What the heck is dirrerant?

Well, if you didn't like them, then you should've gotten rid of them! It's not like it's hard

You've hit the nail on the head.
Calling Microsoft for technical support is just like calling that Peggy dude from those commercials;

Person: Yes!
Me: What do I do?!

Me: Well, at least Apple's still there for me.

It is EXACTLY like that!

LOL! It's exactly like that!
When I had Windows, I always got some guy from India with a heavy accent, so I never know exactly what they say. The people at Apple (They're called "geniuses", I think. Appropriate title!) usually have clear speaking voices.
Accents aside, the Windows people often don't know much about their own product. They're just people that needed a job. Most Apple "geniuses' know a lot about Mac computers, so they can help you better.

Why is Apple so selfish? I mean, all their products start with "i". Why not "you"? At least then people who own Apple products wouldn't seem so selfish....
On topic, I have never been a fan of Apple and what they make. Ever. I have been using Windows all my life.

I'm at the apple store right now...
"i" stands for internet, duh... Do you say unternet? Yes, I go on the unternet everyday, that way I can view Scratch. I know for sure that there will be scratch on the unternet.
And btw, when people buy it, it'll be their "i", not apple's "i". No need to put something wrong in your sig, unless you want to look weird...

Unknown humor ftw!
Tis a joke, I makes you sound selfish, like its mine, you can't have it. But you makes you sound less like that, more willing to share. It was funneh when me and my friend joked about it. Oh well...
I personally dislike Apple's control over everything. I want it to be "custom", so Windows 7 is the logical choice. And you have a lot more 3rd party apps that can run on Windows. I also dislike the fact that the window options are not on the right. Or the App Menu bar, which is not attached to the window iself, but is part of the standard system bar thing at the top. Those alone bug me to no end.
