How do you make turbo speed?????

I have heard countless projects on the site that say "download and run in turbo speed," but i can't figure out how to get turbo speed!  Can someone please tell me?

To get a project to play in Turbo-speed, click on the "Edit" menu, then go to the "Set single stepping" option, and choose "Turbo speed"  smile
