The Rep System!
This was done on another forum I like quite a lot.
Well, the reputation system is this. When you join, you get 100 rep points. You can give people rep if you think they are inspiring and helpful. You can derep users if you think their posts are mean.
Also, you cannot give or take rep from yourself.
Rep can be used on the main site or the forums, or even the TBG.
Users of rep:
benjamin2 - 100
Post all your gives or takes here, the reason and what post you did it for.

In this case, the points system is almost game-like; perhaps it is better placed in the TBG forums. Closing.
