What about if it's one of my projects that lag for no apparent reason, and all i say is "download!!!!!bleh" and not the presentation mode part?

Yes

No the graphics look ugly

Yes, always. When testing my own projects too, it seems to help reduce the lag a little.

Always- except for when I'm looking at the scripts.

Presentation mode and Turbo Speed most of the time

If I download because of lag, yes.

If it's a large project not running properly online, then yes. After all, if a Scratcher put a lot of effort into his/her project, only to have it not working online because of lag issues, the least I can do is download the project to see what they have created in the manner I'm supposed to see it.

No, actually, I often don't download to see laggy projects, I use the Experimental Viewer.
Unless it lags the Experimental Viewer, then I download...

Just about every time, yes.

Yep, unless i'm just downloading it to see the scripts.

I rarely ever use the editor mode to run a project.

Yeah. I always do.

If I'm going to play it, yes.
If I'm going to examine it, no.

It depends. If it's an animation, no. If it's a game, yes. If it's just music, no. If it's a so-called program, yes.
