It's fine to link to Formspring, or any non-commercial site - as long as it doesn't have inappropriate content. Scratch caters to an all-ages audience so content that you link to on Scratch should be rated "E" for Everyone. I hope that clears things up

When I had the link to mine in my signature, I kept it in for about a day. Then I kind of had to take it out
