Just a video with some music from a AdLib card from 1987.
It used a Yamaha FM chip, so you get a bit of a Genesis-like sound.
(To Blade-Edge: It has Duke Nukem in it at one point.)

The Ad Lib is awesome, but it is not really the first sound card. If you looked at part 1 of that vid, you would see that the Cowon SpeechThing and the IBM Music Feature Card came before the Ad Lib. The Ad Lib, however IS the first sound card that was widely supported.
