This happening to anybody else?

So, when I go on the Scratch homepage, it says
'Your favorite website will be back soon.

We're doing some work on our servers.

You can still learn about Scratch and download it.

Scratch on!
For an update follow us on Twitter.
--andresmh'

Although I can get on anything else Scratch, it won't let me on the Scratch homepage. What is this? Is this happening to you too?

Do you wake up some mornings and visit your big-nosed, grumpy-old next-door neighbour and say hi to him. Do you run down the street yelling 'I’m ready' while going to work. Do you work for a cheap employer who pays you slave wages for flipping patties. If yes, check out the Spongebob Fan-Club, providing you with Spongebob for over 2 years!

Re: This happening to anybody else?

It is what the text says it is - the Scratch Team puts up that message whenever they need to work on their servers. When they finish working, the message is removed and the website is opened to public access once again. ^^

It is strange that you are still getting it, though. Are you sure it didn't happen just once? Can you still not access the homepage? It seems to be loading fine for me.

I would suggest clearing your cache, you can learn how to do that here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache

Tell me if it works.  smile

http://i52.tinypic.com/5es7t0.png I know what you're thinking! "Neptune! Get rid of those filthy advertisements and give us back the Zarathustra siggy, you horrible person!" Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>
