Who uses macs? And likes it better than Windows? I can name a whole bunch of reasons why I like macs better than windows. Can you? Or at least vice versa?

i just pretended to care in an effort of mocking you but you didnt get it apparently

anyway yeah macs
i used one once
it was okay i guess
kind of different so i didnt really like it

2. Macs have better graphics.
3. Macs freeze less often, and when they do, they often recover quickly.
4. Apple provides better customer service.
5. Macs have Dashboard, iMovie, Photo Booth, and GarageBand. 'Nuff said.

I like Macs because there format is way simpler and cooler, and they (like someone else said) are less likely to get viruses. But the Mac I have is a 5 year old G4, and has a processor of 800 MH. neutral Kinda sad. But it works.

Most of the time I'm online I'm using my school computer, an HP (don't know the model) with XP.

Windows XP, but I'm planning on installing a dual-boot of Ubuntu 10.10 on my secondary hard drive. No Macs though. I can't say I'm a fan.

7. People say Macs can't, so that's one reason, they can open tar gz files along with others and exe, and windows can't open a lot.
5.5-Yeah, but this is Macs vs. Windows. Linux can come later. Linux is awesome too, I know that. Right after I get it installed. And macs also have spotlight. PS. I could not live without expose or dashboard, I use it almost every half hour i'm on the computer.

@antimony-this was originally just for me against windows users, and to see who uses macs, but it doesn't matter that it changed.

But for 4, most people believe that is true, like not just him but the public.

10. Mac OS is only put on Apple computers, while Windows is put on almost any kind of computer, so apples are just like... trusted... or like... universal, and are not different from one another.

Alright... Macs VS Windows Debate:

Mac's
1. Not as many viruses
2. Better Graphics
3. Mac's freeze less often, and recover quickly when they do

Mac's
*1. This may be true, but what happens when everyone transfers to Macs? More viruses will be made for macs then!

*2. Not necessarily! While it may be thought that Mac's have better graphics, it actually has to do with the graphics card! This is why X-box And PS3 have better graphics than wii, as well!

*3. This is so not true! While your windows might freeze more often than a mac, mine doesn't! If it does, maybe think about cleaning your pc (and use msconfig to stop programs running @ start up
