getting past the 600 second rule

You CAN'T do this as a new scratcher I did this on my normal account:
ok so you make a post and it says you must wait 600 seconds to make another post
once your sure it's been 60 seconds press submit and even if it still says you must wait 600 seconds the go back to the main forum page and your post should be posted! If this works for you please tell me. smile

It's poopo on my test account.

Re: getting past the 600 second rule

That would be abusing a glitch. Also it is 360 seconds now (quite an odd number if you ask me though)

Also it doesn't work. I just tried it.

360 seconds is 6 minutes and you are a new scratcher so it does not work. tongue  This is my normal account.

Re: getting past the 600 second rule

The 600 second message was actually only showing up when you tried to create a new topic, not just a new post.  Anyway, it's actually a glitch as it was only set to 600 to test out a new feature (which was supposed to apply to every post, not just new topics).  So I think that limit is going away since it was never thought to be working in the first place.  If that makes any sense  smile

Ok thanks! Will it go away for new scratchers too?

Re: getting past the 600 second rule

I hope they either upgrade me to TBgers or remove it, it's really annoying me now!
but I am a scratcher on the main forums!

You have to be active in the TBG's for it to work, same for Main Forum!
