Personally, I love screamers. I use them a lot as pranks on my friends. One time I sent my friend the old "What's wrong with this picture?" trick. 
Sooo funny.
But if something tells you to turn your volume up, I always know it's a screamer right away. Just a little tip for you.

I do hate screamers, but I've gotten pretty good at identifieng them, and when I see one, I report it, as it would seriously scare someone younger than me (7, maybe?)

Screamers are only funny when it happens to someone else. Still, I don't like screamers.
My site Find someone post count. Click posts under username. Find number of pages. Times that by 40 for min and 60 for max and you have a rough estimate of post count.

The only screamers I like is the Thriller subliminal message one. Suddenly, Luigi pops up! I started laughing. But this girl had a really good idea to combat screamers. Here's something introducing the idea.
You are watching a video, and the music is so quiet you turn your volume all the way up. Suddenly, a scary image pops up.
Now, consider this.
You are very sad after finding out that you can't go visit a sick friend in the hospital. You are watching a video, and at the end, after a few things from the author, a picture of a cat pops up and it goes "Meow!". You suddenly start laughing, and look at the picture. You smile. It's your friend's video, and it suddenly cheers you up.
Which one would you like better? I'm guessing the second one, and unless you like a thrill, you would be very scared after watching the first one.
So, stop screamers! Start cuters!
