My suggestion to remove 14 year rule was removed?
I haven't checked it in a while, checked, and now it's completely gone. Not no votes, but gone.
Why was it removed?

It was not removed, it was just declined, so it's no longer in the Hot Topic tab of the suggestions website. (Here is your topic if you wish to see the reason for the decline.)

Here. . It is also listed as "declined", but, only because declining seems to be the only way to lock suggestions - you will notice in the message that the decision was made to keep the 14 year limit.
