Then the hippies were right
Lol.
BTW, there has always been destruction due dates (say THAT 5 times fast.) The fact is, NONE HAVE EVER HAPPENED. If they were true we could've been dead 100 years ago for all I care!![]()
Yes, you're exactly right. People thought that the world would end in 1000 and 2000. But it never happened.

The 2012 apocolypse isn't going to happen because I come from the year 4013, (I'm an exchange student from the future), and we're still alive then! But in 2012 something awful happens... not to scare you... it kills lots of people. It concerns giant rabid bunnies... pink bunnies... that fall from the sky and spread the joys of hydrophobia to all

Wow, I actually laughed for a minute at that.

I have a request. If anyone has seen the movie 2012 and would like to tell us some details about it (It can be about anything that happens in the plot, anything!), you can feel free to do so. Starting... now.

Here's the plot:
There is no plot.
I'm serious.

Yeah. The Mayan calendar restarts after 2012.

In 2010, scientist start to notice things going wrong. When the movie skips to 2012, you watch a family triying to escape from the disasters as they happen and, SPOILER The world starts again

I never thought of the world starting after it ends.
I would like to know how that could work out.

Yeah me too how do they do that?

I have recently found some other opportunities for doomsday:
-Nuclear war
-Global pandemic
-Mass suicides on/before targeted date
Like I've kept saying before, the first two options aren't likely to happen on that date. The latter one does seem likely, though. What are your thoughts?

Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park is said to be a supervolcano which is due to erupt within the next 10 years. When it erupts, not only will the initial eruption demolish the Dakotas, toxic ash will spread to almost the entire world.I don't think it's due in the next 10 years. The timeline is very general. It could be anywhere from tomorrow to 100 years from now.
On the contrary, we're overdue and running on margin time.
As always. In case you didn't realise, practically every volcano on TV is overdue.

The world is constantly ending as we know it. Not everything will be the same 2 seconds from now.
But I'll believe the end is coming when God tells me. Not a calendar that didn't have enough room to continue writing down dates.

Well, yes, you are right. I didn't think that most volcanos have an exact "deadline" anyway.

The Mayans estimated that the year had 365 days in it; and they were right. If they were sort of indicating that the world was going to end on the 21st of December in 2012, I'd be surprised if they were right
